We will continue follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as federal, state and local agencies to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to our team members and members. For all branches, we have extensive cleaning procedures in place and can conduct additional cleanings, if needed. We are also preparing each branch with additional protective measures, for when we reopen the lobbies.
Based on the latest communications from the State of New Jersey and the Center for Disease Control; we will continue our workforce from home and social distancing until further notice. Our remote workforce, has allow the majority of our staff to safely work from home while still providing you the solutions and support you need to manage your financial needs.
If you plan on traveling to one of our branches, here is what to expect.
Edison branch: Our Edison branch remains open; serving members through our drive-thru and walk-up window, on reduced hours. Safe Deposit box access will be available by appointment only.
Hours of operation are currently: Monday to Friday from 9:00AM – 3:00PM
Leisure Village West branch: We have temporarily closed the credit union's lobby. A secure mail-box has been installed in the vestibule for accepting deposits and loan payments. This mail-box is monitored daily. You can access the vestibule with your Pinnacle debit card.

Here are some helpful tips to manage your finances remotely during this time:
You can securely manage your finances 24/7 via PFCU’s Online and Mobile Banking app without having to visit a branch. You can view your account balances and history including recent debit card transactions and electronic deposits, like your paycheck. You can also pay bills via PFCU’s BillPay, transfer funds between accounts, to other members and other financial institutions, or apply for a loan or additional accounts.
Take advantage of PFCU’s ATM network and the over 30,000 Co-op Network ATMs nationwide. These FREE ATMs are available at most 7-Eleven and WAWA stores. You can use the locator service on our website of click the Co-Op Network ATM link above.
If you are unable to visit a branch or ATM, your PFCU debit card can be used directly at any location that accepts Visa. Where available, you can request cash back on the spot.
Many of our members are choosing to use Digital Banking and our Call Center in place of coming into the branch. Please be aware that our hold times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume.
